Arrest

Aug. 7 — 8:33 a.m., Hailey Marie Egley, 25, of the 100 block of East Main St., Wayland, was arrested on a warrant at her home for possession of a controlled substance-second offense (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aug. 7 — 11:09 a.m., Antoine Lavell Sykes II, 22, of the 900 block of East Second Street, Washington, was arrested in the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard, Washington, on a warrant for a probation on prohibited acts possession of a controlled substance marijuana.

Aug. 7 — 12:42 p.m., Tamara Shanei Banks, 41, of the 1800 block of K Street Southwest, Cedar Rapids, was arrested in the 300 block of Second Avenue Southwest in Cedar Rapids on a warrant for possession controlled substance-first offense (marijuana).

Aug. 7 — 5:03 p.m., Katelyn Nicole Reed, 23, of the 700 block of South Marion Avenue, Washington, was arrested at her home on a warrant for two counts of possession of controlled substance-third or subsequent offense.

Aug. 9 — 11:32 a.m., Kevin Mark Stoos, 33, of the 100 block of East Second St., Riverside, was served a warrant at the Washington County Jail for contempt — violation of no contact/protective order.

Aug. 9 — 11:22 p.m., Patsy Aily Weimer, 52, of the 700 block of North Iowa Avenue, Washington, was arrested in the 900 block of Broad Street, Keosauqua, on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance-first offense (methamphetamine).

Aug. 12 — 2:12 p.m., an arrest on a warrant was made in the 400 block of South Court Street, Fairfield.

Citations

Aug. 9 — 10:23 p.m., Nicholas Dean Craff, 28, of Sigourney, was cited into court for driving while suspended-fourth offense in the 1500 block of Ginkgo Avenue, Wellman.

Vehicle accident

Aug. 7 — 10:07 p.m., a driver drove a vehicle into a cornfield in the 2100 block of Larch Avenue, Washington.

Aug. 9 — 10:05 a.m., a vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported in the 400 block of West Washington Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Aug. 9 — 2:06 p.m., a vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported in the 2000 block of Jewel Avenue, Mt. Pleasant.

Aug. 10 — 4:10 p.m., a single vehicle accident was reported in the 2000 grid of Salem Road in Henry County. Bradley Martin, 22, of rural New London, was cited for failure to maintain control.

Aug. 11 — 11:24 a.m., a two-vehicle accident was reported on the Highway 34 eastbound off ramp at the 203 exit and Ash Avenue, Batavia.

Aug. 11 — 11:36 p.m., a car vs. deer accident was reported on Highway 34 near mile marker 245.

Theft

Aug. 7 — 10:23 a.m., theft was reported in the 500 block of South D Avenue, Washington.

Aug. 9 — 11:57 a.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 600 block of North Parkway Street, Wayland.

Aug. 9 — 7:14 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 300 block of West Main Street, New London.

Aug. 9 — 11:03 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 1800 block of Cornell Drive, Mt. Pleasant.

Aug. 12 — 6:44 p.m., larceny theft was reported in the 300 block of North C Street, Fairfield.

Harassment

Aug. 9 — 7:58 a.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 500 block of North 14th Street, Wellman.

Aug. 9 — 5:11 p.m., harassment/threats were reported in the 100 block of North Main Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Assault

Aug. 9 — 10:19 a.m., domestic violence was reported in the 700 block of North B Avenue, Washington.

Aug. 9 — 2:14 a.m., assault was reported in the 400 block of South Van Buren Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Aug. 12 — 12:43 a.m., assault was reported in the 400 block of West Burlington Avenue, Fairfield.

Aug. 12 — 1:19 p.m., assault was reported in the 100 block of West Broadway.

Missing Persons

Aug. 9 — 12:42 p.m., missing children were reported in Washington. They were located.

Aug. 12 — 3:06 a.m., Fairfield and Ottumwa police spoke about a missing person.

Vandalism

Aug. 9 — 9:42 p.m., vandalism/criminal mischief was reported in the 600 block of North Iowa Avenue, Washington.

Aug. 12 — 9:17 a.m., vandalism was reported in the 100 block of West Broadway Avenue, Fairfield.

Fire

Aug. 9 — 11:17 a.m., a fire alarm sounded in the 3000 block of Kentucky Avenue, Mt. Pleasant.

Aug. 9 — 4:46 p.m., a controlled burn was reported in the 1700 block of 265th Street, Mt. Pleasant.
