The Henry County Sheriff’s Office reported that two men were involved in separate traffic incidents on Friday, Jan. 14.
According to the report, at approximately 4:11 p.m., George Sonnee, 44, of Mt. Pleasant lost control of his vehicle due to inclement weather conditions on Highway 34 and slid into a guardrail. Sonnee was transported to the Henry County Health Center for pain resulting from the accident.
The sheriff’s office reported that later at day, at approximately 10:54 p.m., Donald Lee Jennings IV, 33, of Stockport, lost control of his gold 2007 Ford Ranger pickup. The vehicle was found in the ditch on Salem Road near Hillsboro with the driver asleep behind the wheel.
