Old Threshers donate toys to Mt. Pleasant Police toy drive
The Midwest Old Settlers and Threshers Association Board of Directors and staff played Santa to the Mt. Pleasant Police Department toy drive this last week.
Just in time for Christmas, the group of about 20 focused their efforts on gathering toys for the police department toy drive.
“It was an idea that we, as a group, came together and decided to do,” said Grant Davidson, Midwest Old Threshers Public Relations and Marketing. “We saw it as a great opportunity to give back to the community. This is something special that we did this year.”
