Home / Public Health holding Saturday vaccine clinic
Henry County Public Health will have a walk-in vaccine clinic on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church (902 S. Walnut St., Mt. Pleasant).
Both the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccine will be offered to anyone age 18 or older. Spanish interpreters will be available.
As always, there is no cost, and no health insurance card required. The vaccine also continues to be available at regular immunization clinics on Tuesdays 9-11 a.m., Wednesdays and Thursdays 1-4 p.m., and the first and third Thursday of the month from 1-6 p.m.
Remember, getting vaccinated will mean spending more time with loved ones and engaging with your community. All of the COVID-19 vaccines authorized for use in the U.S. are safe and effective in preventing severe disease and hospitalization.
Widespread vaccination is a critical tool to help stop the pandemic and get back to normal so Public Health urges you to make the choice to get vaccinated.
