WACO finished its high school volleyball regular season with a 15-12 record.
It is the best finish in three years for the Warriors.

WACO was 2-6 in the South. Van Buren is 29-3 overall, 7-1 in the South.
Van Buren won 25-12, 25-15, 25-11.
Morgan Graber led WACO in kills with six. She also had two blocks. Nadiyah Brown led in blocks with a total of five. She also had five kills. Aubri Garnsey had 14 digs while Laney Graber put up 20 assists.
Mid-Prairie goes 0-3
In the River Valley Conference tournament at Tipton Tuesday, the Golden Hawks lost to No. 2 (Class 3A) Tipton (31-3) 21-13, 21-8; lost to North Cedar (21-16) 21-10, 21-13; lost to Bellevue (15-14) 21-13, 21-15.
'We played our best set against Tipton in Game 1,” Mid-Prairie coach Cindy Miller said. 'Offensively, all our hitters earned a kill and our defensive players got a touch on every attacked ball. Amber Swart had a great hustle play saving a ball passed out of bounds, which we eventually won the rally. But we just weren't able to continue to control the tempo of the game. After that, we struggled to maintain continuity in our serve receiving and made several mental hitting errors. Every team presented us with a different experience and we'll continue to focus on the positives as we head into Round 2 of the conference tourney.”
The conference tourney continues Thursday in Tipton.
Mid-Prairie (7-20) was led in kills by Makensie Rich, who had 11 combined in the three matches. Cassidy Hershberger had 20 digs on the night and Caitlyn Riggan set 24 assists.
