4-H Dog Project kick-off meeting held

Twenty-five Dog Project 4-H’ers gathered Saturday, April 15 at the Extension Office to kick-off this spring season of dog workouts.

4-H’ers were reminded of the lifelong skills they learn while invested in this project area: responsibility, discipline, patience, and communication skills.

Dog Superintendent Tracie Sedlacek led the meeting with dog volunteer Amanda Smith. 2023 dog workbooks/manuals/calendars were distributed.

4-H’ers who were not at the kick-off meeting but are interested in dog project should contact a dog project leader or Amy at the Extension Office for the workout schedule and materials.
