DeLongs to celebrate 60th anniversary
Larry and Gerry DeLong of Washington are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary this year. They were married July 8, 1962, at the First Baptist Church in Washington with Pastor Richard Peterson officiating.
A reception to celebrate the occasion will be held on Sunday, July 10, from 2-4 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Washington. All are welcome to attend. The couple requests no gifts, please.
The DeLongs are parents of one son, Deran (Denise) of Washington, and two daughters, Dana (Todd) Patterson, of Washington, and Darla (Shane) Kraske of Iowa City. The couple has 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
