The Washington County Extension office held a ?Welcome to the Jungle? Day Camp on June 7, 8 and 9 in Riverside, Marr Park, and Kalona. All three days contained the same fun and excitement around the theme of a "Jungle Safari." Washington FFA members competed in Iowa FFA Equestrian Competition at the Ellsworth Horse Center on the Ellsworth community college campus. The competition took place on May 12. The team placed 23rd overall.
