Three members of the Washington County Hospital and Clinics Board of Directors are leaving the board at the end of December and three new members were elected in the Nov. 4 general election.Those leaving are Jim Mostek, Laura Fisher and Marty Beenblossom. The newly elected trustees are David Bruns, Karolyn Leary and Mike Van Osdol.
