The Tuesday Coffee Club will meet at the Walmart parking lot at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 9, to go to John's BBQ at Ainsworth.
This picture dates back to the Washington Centennial in 1939. The band is playing on an older version of the bandshell in Central Park. The band leader was Milburn McKay and the girls were Centennial girls.The old bandstand was hexagonal and was just southwest of the fountain.The tradition lives on. The Washington Muncipal Band will perform at 8 p.m. today in Central Park.
The 89th annual alumni banquet of Crawfordsville High School was held at the United Church of Crawfordsville on June 14, 2014. There were 78 graduates and friends present.Larry Fletcher gave the welcome and presided at the business meeting which was held before the banquet meal.
