The National FFA Organization awarded a $2,000 John Deere scholarship to Ty Stender of the Washington High School FFA. The scholarship is sponsored by Precision Equipment as a special project of the National FFA Foundation. Stender plans to use the funds to pursue a degree at Iowa State University.
