The 23rd annual photo artistry exhibit titled "Alaska via Canada" by Lyle Moen and Nancy Rash is on display at the Washington Public Library, Helen Wilson Gallery from Feb. 24 through March 28. The exhibit features rivers, lakes, mountains, glaciers, wildlife, interviews and more.
