Dick Arnold, Bob Rutt and Cathy Matt sand a bench near Waterworks Park before sealing it during Jefferson County Trails Council?s spring maintenance day Saturday. With perfect weather in the low 80s, 15 people worked on the trail. Projects included sanding and staining 11 benches and one picnic table, trimming trees and weeds, laying out a proposed bridge near Walton Lake and other various improvements to the trail.
