T.T.T. Chapter D.L. of Washington April meeting minutes

Twelve members of T.T.T. Chapter D.L. / Washington met on April 8, 2019, at the home of Julie Timmins. Susan Griggs and Theresa Fisher were co-hostesses.

Robyn Lamb, president, presented the T.T.T. tote bag that is available to members. The marketing logo on the bag is 'I Joined T.T.T. because ...” These bags are available for purchase from the National Office.

Camp chairman, Linda McNeil, reported she has worked with faculty at Lincoln School to obtain names of potential fourth-grade campers. Family contacts were made over the past week and four camper interviews are scheduled for this week. Once the paperwork is completed the camp committee will be planning shopping trips with the girls to obtain the required camp clothing. The campers will attend Camp Wyoming June 9-14, 2019.

Denise Chalupa reported she sent three March birthday cards to former campers. She has reviewed the records for former campers who could be eligible to graduate this May. The members voted to give a gift card to those who graduate.

The members discussed final plans for the State Convention in Coralville on April 12-13. Cathy Lewis and Julie Timmins were to be the delegates from thechapter.

Their next meeting is May 13, 2019. Location is pending. Hostesses are Karen Gordon and Robyn Lamb. Meeting adjourned.
