A Fairfield Trojan Football Camp for middle school and high school age children will run July 31-Aug. 3.Students entering grades seven and eight will meet from 10 a.m. to noon, and camp for ninth- through 12th-graders will be 6-8 p.m. each day. The first annual Piling up for Camp Courageous fun run/walk in memory of Patrick Morton was a huge success, with dozens of runners filing in to the start line Sunday at Jefferson County Park. All proceeds from the event go to Camp Courageous, a not-for-profit donation-run camp in Monticello for individuals with special needs. Next year?s event will be held in April.
