Fairfield Police Department responded to an accident at 3:22 p.m. Tuesday at 806 Highland St. David Andrew Fleming of 1005 S. Park Ave. parked his 1992 Mercury Tracer station wagon on the side of the road. It started rolling down hill with no one inside.
