The Fairfield Municipal Band begins its 27th season with a concert at 8 p.m. Tuesday in Central Park.The 45-piece band will present an hour-long concert every Tuesday night through July 30.The Fairfield Municipal Band has played every summer since the group started in 1987. The Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center announced results of recent blood drives.The mobile crew drew 25 pints of blood June 10 at Noah?s Ark Animal Foundation during a drive in honor of Cody Cohen.
