Queens will be crowned
MT PLEASANT — The age old tradition of fair queens will continue at the 2022 Henry County Fair.
Last years winners for Henry County Fair Queen, Jr. Fair Queen, and Princess included Addyson Newton, Jacie Campbell, Bella Tedrow, Ashlynn Beauchamp, Alexandra Farley, and Madie Anderson.
The queen contestants are for young women ages 8 to 21.
The youngest contestants eight to 11 will compete in interview and party attire in the Princess category.
Contestants 12 to 15 compete for Junior Queen in interview, casual wear, and party attire.
The Queen category consists of young women 16 to 21 competing in interview, casual wear, evening wear, and on stage question.
New contestants are set to take the stage beginning June 13 at 7:30 p.m. and can be seen volunteering around the fair all week.
