The REC Center is Mt. Pleasant’s local family recreation and fitness center. Its mission is to promote quality living and well-being for people of all ages through fitness, recreation, and wellness opportunities.

The REC has a strong commitment toward personalized service and individual attention for those seeking to achieve a healthier lifestyle, and it offers a variety of programs including group fitness classes, aquatic classes, personal training, primal health coaching, and opportunities to participate in a variety of competitive sports.

Walking through the doors to the REC Center, individuals are greeted by friendly staff and the smell of coffee. Further in the REC Center features strength and conditioning equipment, an indoor track, racquetball courts, pickle ball courts, and even a golf simulator.

The REC Center offers around 45 group exercise classes per week that are included with membership.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 5 a.m.-8 p.m.

Saturday 7 a.m.-6 p.m.

Sunday 1-6 p.m.
