AERON Lifestyle Technology wins ‘Best Kept Secret Award’
Jun. 25, 2024 4:33 pm
Sometimes, the best kept secrets are right under our noses.
The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce awarded AERON Lifestyle Technology the “Best Kept Secret Award,” at its annual banquet in April. The award recognizes a Fairfield business exemplifying the modern definition of best practices while keeping a low profile in our community.
For over 25 years, AERON has been permeating the fragrance diffuser market with innovative and unique air fresheners and related lifestyle products. It has primarily worked behind the scenes providing design and manufacturing services to major national and international retailers.
Now, the company has stepped into the spotlight with its own complete product lines of aromatherapy and advanced fragrance oil diffusers. Belle Aroma® offers elegant home, car, and office aromatherapy products while Drive Time® focuses on reusable fragrance diffuser options for automotive and travel.
“We’ve taken a lot of turns along the path to where we are today,” said AERON President and CEO, Nate Orme-Johnson. “Now we are a company with five manufacturing locations, over 150 employees worldwide, and eight patents for proprietary air freshener products that make us stand out and compete in a global market.”
The consumer market is not the only way AERON has come from behind the scenes. As the company has grown, it has set a goal to incentivize staff to get involved in volunteerism in the community. “Our policies now include initiatives that cover paid time off for volunteer activities and company-wide hands-on participation in community engagement projects,” said AERON Co-Founder and CFO Monica Hadley.
To date, AERON employees have directed charitable giving to 58 local non- profit organizations in the greater Fairfield area alone.
