RE/MAX office pairs recognizable brand with trusted face

Washington-based RE/MAX Broker Associate Connie Larsen sticks to a core set of values for every business interaction.
“Honesty and integrity are the top most important skills I can have in Real Estate and in everyday life. I strive every day to do my best I possibly can for my clients. If you put them first it’s a no-brainer.”
Larsen said it was always very rewarding to work through referrals from the friends and family of those she’s helped before. After over two dozen years in the business, that network is now expanding into a new generation.
“I’ve had many of the same clients since 1996, when I went full-time,” she said. “I’ve been selling houses to kids that were tiny when I sold their family their first home, and we just keep stepping up to the next generation. They personally are stepping up, their children are stepping up, their grandchildren, nieces and nephews, it's like working with friends and family most of the time.”
The rapport with her clients is especially apt for the tight-knit community of Washington. Larsen makes efforts to stay involved around town, partially because it helps her stay in touch
“I told somebody, ‘I want you to love your home every day that you walk in,’” she said. “Because I’m going to see you at school, I’m going to see you at church, I’m going to see you at the grocery store, I’m going to see you at community events. And I want to be able to go up to you and say, ‘Hey, how’s it going?’”
Familiar faces aren’t Larsen’s only market, however.
The broker associate works with newcomers just as well, many of whom seek her out for the familiar RE/MAX sign on her office.
“Out of town people will call because of RE/MAX,” she said. “In-town people, they come here because of who we are.”
