Trenton Nelson takes the reins at Straight Up Doors

Recognizing the need for overhead door repair, while having the required tools and equipment, Rod and Bev Nelson started a second business in 2011. They then bought out C&J Doors and later Southern Iowa Doors when those owners retired.

Straight Up Doors has the same business philosophy as Live Wire; work diligently to take care of our customers in a timely fashion.

Straight Up Doors uses vendors such as C.H.I., Amor, Midland Doors, while installing Liftmaster openers. The selection of doors is huge with the popular wood-grain doors available, doors with windows and those without.

Straight Up Doors is now operated by Rod and Bev’s son, Trenton Nelson. Trenton prides himself on prompt reliable service to help maintain your garage or shed overhead doors. He enjoys helping customers pick out new efficient doors that increase their homes value over 120% per Remodeler’s Magazine.

The new openers have the technology to be operated by your smart phone and Straight Up Doors can program door openers in your car or on your phone.
