The second rankings of the 2020-21 Iowa high school boys basketball season saw a bit of a shake-up from the first week.
There were enough votes for Keota to be ranked 12th behind South Iowa Cedar League nemesis Montezuma, which is tied for 10th in 1A. Fellow league member North Mahaska is at No. 9.
Two new teams entered the Top 10 in each of the four classes, although the top-ranked team stayed the same in each. Class 2A's Boyden Hull was not unanimous, but had the biggest margin on second place of the four classes. In Class 1A, a single point separated No. 1 from No. 2.
Eleven teams were ranked in both Class 2A and 1A as both classes had a tie for 10th.
Super Conference South Division members Danville and New London had enough votes to be 13th and 14th in 1A while West Burlington would be 14th in 2A.
River Valley Conference member Camanche is third in 2A and West Branch got one vote.
Southeast Conference member Burlington got two points in 4A without having played a game.
