Fairfield Beautification Commission seeks volunteers

By Paula Armstrong, co-chair of Fairfield Beautification Commission
Spring has arrived, and the Fairfield Beautification Commission is looking for volunteers who would like to 'adopt” garden nodes around our square. We're looking for businesses, clubs, groups or individuals who enjoy gardening and can commit a little time each week to weeding and tidying up a node. Gardeners find it rewarding to help keep our town in tip top shape and we deeply appreciate their efforts. We recognize volunteers with a sign in each garden that says who is maintaining it. If you are interested, we'd love to have you! Please contact Paula Armstrong: paula.l.armstrong@gmail.com.
