It has been estimated Theresa Greenfield's warchest is $70 million to $100 million. I don't think that kind of money comes from bib-overalled farmers or Joe Six Pack who works the line every day.
Think about this for a minute, $100 million is what the East and West Coast elites think it is worth to buy a Senate seat from Iowa.
These people expect a return on their investment. If Greenfield strays from the reservation, her political career is over, and she knows it.
She will dance with the one who brung her. Problem is, we don't know who brung her.
