Looking for help finding gravestone

To the editor:
I am looking for information on the physical gravestone location for Cecelia Ward Nelson. According to Jefferson County records, it was found in March 2003. It is a single grave located in Lockridge Township, Jefferson County - east side of Skunk River. I was told the man who found it was from Salem. This is my 3x great grandmother.
