The recycling trailer is for recyclables, not garbage

To the editor,
To the people who use the recyclable trailer:
Just how stupid are you? This trailer is for recyclables - plastic, paper, cans and glass. Not your trash!
The last time they dumped it, they had to take it to Richland to the dump because you put garbage in it. What don't you understand about recycling? Why ruin a good thing? If you don't want to recycle, stay away from the trailer!
