Guess what I learned in school?
Students in this community and throughout Iowa are being taught that the American way, the American dream, the Christian belief, American history, and all the foundations of this nation are all tainted with oppression, racism, and sexism. Students are being indoctrinated to hate their country, their gender, their ethnicity, their parents, their life, the life of others, and Jesus.
When life, public education and governance is measured by marxist political correctness and not Biblical correctness It is no wonder that this nation is dangerously close to the entrance of the graveyard of fallen nations.
Albert Einstein once said, "The ruling class has the schools and press under its thumb. This enables it to sway the emotions of the masses.” What started as Obama/Biden common core has now become Biden/Obama Marxist critical race theory indoctrination to continue the fundamental transformation of America by enabling public education to sway the emotions of our students. This is what is fueling the fires of school choice, vouchers, the money following the child, open enrollment, home schooling, and school transparency.
When expression is controlled and indoctrination begins, there are those in public education, the Iowa State Education Association, the National School Board Association, and some leadership in the Iowa House of Representatives are masters at enslaving those they are supposed to serve.
"We the people" know that Iowa School Board members were allowing Iowa Critical Race Theory Law HF 802 to be violated. Allowing reading and viewing of sexually explicit materials in the classroom and libraries, and allowing the transitioning of students and hiding it from their parents.
"We the people" knew that some Iowa House of Representatives (RINO’s) refused to allow public education bill SF 2369 that would provide school choice and transparency to come to a vote even when the Senate passed it 31-18.
"We the people" knew that five Iowa House Republicans accepted money from the Iowa State Education Association, which firmly opposed SF 2369, and that the Republican Education Committee Chair received $2,500 on Jan. 9, 2022 from the Iowa State Education Association PAC.
"We the people" remember when Iowa turned Judicial Tyranny into a triumph for freedom, and "we the people" will always remember when Iowa turned Educational Tyranny into a triumph for freedom during the June 7th Republican primary election.
Even though the environment we often find ourselves in makes it difficult to do so, "we the people" must continue to pray up, stand up, speak up, vote up, and say to those that are enslaving us, "you are fired!"
"We the people" must also pray for, stand up, speak up, encourage, and support those that we elected to fight for our freedom and the foundations of Iowa and this nation. As we know, the environment that they will find themselves in will often make it difficult to do so.

Re-rise America
To the editor:
America was successfully founded by Presbyterians, Quakers, Catholics, etc. on the eternal principles of life and creation which underlie all faiths. They sought and fought for religious freedom in coming here.
Faced with a predicament, “How do we free ourselves from a tyrant king?” they went above all earthly kings to the Highest Authority in all creation…to God, who’s mentioned four ways in our founding Declaration of Independence:
1) “…they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights…”
2) “…the separate and equal station to which the laws of Nature and Nature’s God entitles them…”
3) “…appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world…”
4) “…a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence…”
The fourth pertains to the executive branch of government, the third to the judicial, the second to the legislature. And the first, which is above government itself, to we the people.
Note on “unalienable” rights: the root word is “lien.” A lien can be put on a house, car, etc. but not on rights endowed by our Creator. They are un-a-lien-able.
Are our rights and freedom in jeopardy today? To me, yes. They’ve been intentionally eroded over many years by dark forces behind the geo-political and economic corruption. I believe a great restoration is in process. But to protect freedom, and advance our nation to a blessed future, our prayers and engaged participation are called for now.
In reflection, I know I didn’t create myself. Who has? And my ego-led, materialistic-based life failed. I’m wondering will my descendants ask, “Why didn’t great grandpa take action in the political process, vote, school board and community when that crucial time of need came and went?” So I’ve reset myself and life in America’s motto, “In God We Trust” and it’s working.
It’s time, folks. Either hug the sidelines, or we help one another bring forward a glorious transformation in our lives and nation.
Happy 246th year of freedom and independence to all of us!
God bless America!
