Vice president was disrespectful

At the debate between V.P. Pence and Sen. Kamala Harris, Pence dodged question after question.
He responded time after time by talking about a completely different subject.
He was very disrespectful of Harris and the moderator by interrupting and continuing to talk when his time was up.
It was very noticeable that the moderator let Pence get by with talking more than Harris.
Fortunately Harris still did a much better job than Pence.
