2015 Washington County Fair talent search begins

The 2015 ?Festival of Talents? is now accepting applications for the variety show to be held Wednesday, July 22, at 6:30 p.m. during the Washington County Fair (held at the Washington Community Center, located on the north side of the fairgrounds). The performers will be divided into two age divisions: Sprouts, 2 to 12 years of age; and seniors, 13 through 21 years of age. Winners will be chosen in each age division. Trophies and cash prizes will be awarded in each age division. Senior and Sprout ?Bill Riley Talent Search? representatives for the Iowa State Fair will also be chosen.

Contestants may complete in only one act. Group acts are limited to five performers.

Entries must be received by July 14 to be considered for the show.
