The 34th Annual Tenco Golf Classic will be held on Saturday, August 15th, at Cedar Creek Golf Course in Ottumwa. All profits from the event will assist Tenco in carrying out their mission to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to develop and maintain independence in all areas of life. This Classic, featuring 7:30 a.m. and 2:00 PM shotgun starts in a 4-Player Best Shot Format, may well now be the largest golf tournament in southern Iowa, annually drawing 300-plus golfers.
In addition to golf, the festive day includes the opportunity to win prizes at the new putting green game, purchase mulligans and raffle tickets, and enjoy great brats and hotdogs, along with ice cold beverages. This year's event will be supported by more than 25 major sponsors as well as a multitude of patrons from throughout southeastern Iowa and the Midwest.
