4-H Production Barrow weigh-in held

Washington County 4-H members weighed-in production barrow projects on Saturday, March 19, for the 2016 Washington County Fair, making the official state date of their project.

This class has had low numbers the past few years but saw increased involvement with 28 pigs weighed and tagged for this year.

Those swine project 4-H members with production barrows will receive email notification to verify weights in 4hOnline by May 15. Any breeding animals will also need to be entered into 4hOnline accounts by May 15. Staff at the Extension Office can assist with this if needed.
