Zoe Wagner is the daughter of John and Jennifer Wagner.
She attends Washington High School and participates in the Washington Go-Getters 4-H Club.

Zoe Wagner is the daughter of John and Jennifer Wagner.
She attends Washington High School and participates in the Washington Go-Getters 4-H Club.
Her 4-H projects include market beef, breeding/market heifers and woodworking.
Zoe's 4-H activities include: County Council, club president, nursing home visits, visiting elementary schools to promote 4-H and building duck houses for conservation.
Her special 4-H memory/highlight was winning the Outstanding Photography Award, which was sent to the state fair and won a gallery award. She was also crowned the 2015 Washington County Fair Queen.
"Aside from leadership skills, responsibility and many other characteristics, 4-H has taught me to be true to myself and that when I set goals, I can accomplish great things."
Zoe's future plans are to attend Wartburg College to major in music education.
