"4-H helped me to discover my love for animals and to shape my goals for the future to become a veterinarian," Brinning said. "4-H has truly made a difference in my life and my fondest memories are at the county and state fair and the fun times shared with both my direct family and my 'show' family."
Brinning's other activities include: volleyball, dance team, FFA, dance, BPA, National Honor Society, Peer Helpers, Dance Marathon and Girls State.
Her future plans are to attend Iowa State University to major in animal science with a minor in genetics and will attend veterinary school.
