Washington County 4-H is honored to salute its outstanding seniors who are representing the organization with pride. Today, Washington County 4-H honors Brice Crawford and Wyatt Stout.
Brice Crawford
Hometown: Wayland
Parents/Family: Michelle & Heath Boone, Danny & Jayme Crawford, and a brother, Cody.
School: WACO High School
4-H Club: Crooked Creek
Projects: Woodworking, photography, pigs and sheep
4-H Activities: Showing at State Fair and serving in offices of the 4-H Club.
Special 4-H memory/highlight: Lots of memories from county fair and showing at State Fair.
What I learned in 4-H: 'I learned to work for my goals and I met some great people in 4-H. You should join 4-H if you want to learn to work hard and serve your community.”
Other Activities: Sugar Creek MYF, hunting, fishing and trapping whenever I can.
Future plans are undecided.

4-H Club: Jackson Jets
Projects: Market Beef, Goats
4-H Activities: County Council, Spring Cattle Show, Farm Safety, Fair set up and clean up
Special 4-H memory/highlight: Winning the Hammer/nail contest.
What I learned in 4-H: '4H has taught me a lot about livestock and has introduced me to a variety of community members, business owners and new friends. I have learned teamwork and communication skills. I have enjoyed working with all ages getting ready for the fair or working on projects.”
Other Activities: Football, Track, FFA, FFA Land Lab, St James Youth Group, UP Church Youth Group, BPA, National Honor Society
Future plans: Attend Iowa State for Ag Business and Finance. I would like to return to Washington and get a job as an agriculture lender and farm after college.
