Special 4-H memory/highlight: Last July I had the opportunity to serve as the Washington County Fair Queen. This was one of my favorite memories because I was able to be a role model for younger 4-H'ers, and experience a different side of one of my favorite events.
What I learned in 4-H:
'Through 4-H I have been able to meet many new people and learned valuable skills. These skills, such as organization, leadership and teamwork, have helped me throughout my involvement in 4-H and other organizations. I am grateful for the experiences and opportunities I have been presented through 4-H and will carry the lessons I have learned with me throughout my life.”
Other Activities: Fellowship of Christian Athletes, National Honor Society, Business Professionals of America, track and field, Peer Helpers, FFA.
Future plans: Attend Iowa State University double majoring in global resource systems and biology.
