Washington County 4-H seeks to honor its senior members who are making a difference in their communities, and today the spotlight shines on Robert Taylor.

4-H Club: Washington Go-Getters
Projects: Photography, Poultry, plant science, home improvement
4-H Activities: ELITE project team (3 years), Clover Kid Mentor (3 years), Farm Tough Challenge (2 years), Little Hands on the Farm (2 years), 4-H National Youth Summit
Special 4-H memory/highlight: During my years in 4-H, I enjoyed working with kids as a Clover Kid mentor and volunteering for Little Hands on the Farm. Those are activities that I enjoyed as a kid and now that I am older, I can give back to 4-H.
Other Activities: Band, NHS, FFA, Immanuel Lutheran Church council member.
Why others should join 4-H: Kids should join 4-H because it’s a good experience. 4-H teaches kids life skills, like speaking in front of groups.
Future plans: A career in HVAC
