Please write a few complete sentences about what you learned in 4-H, or why others should join 4-H:
Take lots of pictures as you do a project. It makes doing a write up much easier to explain to others what you did. Judges also love it when you include in your write up what went wrong. You learn from your mistakes. Don’t be afraid to try new project areas.
Other Activities: FFA, band (drum major), choir, speech, plays/musicals, cross country, track, school archery, silver cord, youth Sunday school teacher and church youth group.
Future plans: attend Kirkwood for a year or two then go to Iowa State to get my human nutrition degree.
