4-H share their talents at Share the Fun

4-H?ers participated in Share the Fun on Wednesday, July 22, at the Washington County Fair. Acts ranged from singing to dancing to tickling the ivories.Eleven youth participated from a variety of clubs for an audience gathered in the Community Center.
Three acts advance to the Iowa State Fair including Hannah Van Roekel of Limecreek Limelights 4-H Club with a vocal and piano solo ?Put Your Records On?. Makenzi Marek (Jackson Jets) and Kylen Anderson (Highlanders) will represent Washington County at the State Fair with their dance duet ?Photograph?. Savannah Hall (Hustlers) and Gracyn Bean Humston (Highlanders) will also share their dance duet ?If You Can?t Rock Me? at the State Fair in August. The Judge?s Choice award sponsored by the Noon Kiwanis went to MaKenna Conrad and Abigail Kleese of the Washington Clovers for their ?Cheerleader? dance.
Other participants included Jacee Stapp, Grace Hiller, Maddie O?Donnell, and Lily O?Donnell. Stapp was named as State Fair alternate.
