The 52nd Annual Bauer Reunion was held on Aug. 5, at the YMCA in Washington.
The descendants of Jacob and Anna Marie Bauer present were: Bob and Lori Bauer, Connie S. The 52nd Annual Bauer Reunion was held on Aug. 5, at the YMCA in Washington.
The descendants of Jacob and Anna Marie Bauer present were: Bob and Lori Bauer, Connie S. Bauer, Stan Bauer, Larry and Gerry DeLong, Letha Statler and Marion Turnipseed, all of Washington; Joe and Janet Bauer of West Chester; Myron and Myrna Bauer of Gibbon, Nebraska; Blake Chance of Elkhorn, Nebraska; Robert and Joy Gillaspie of Fairfield; Karen Koehler of Ainsworth; and Judy Showalter of Kalona. Guests were Bob Crane and Jim Windy.
A potluck meal was enjoyed, followed by visiting and updating the family history.
The group welcomed Blake Chance and Myron and Myrna Bauer, who were attending their first Bauer Reunion!
Officers elected for 2017 were: president, Bob Bauer; vice president, Stan Bauer; secretary, Lori Bauer.
The 2018 reunion will be held in the Campus Center at the United Presbyterian Home on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018.
