Ainsworth Sacha Club meets

Eight members of the Ainsworth Sacha Club met at the Ainsworth Fire Station to tour their new facility completed in 2020. Waylon Schultz and Aaron Olson conducted the informative tour. We held our business meeting in their meeting room after the tour.

The Conservation Center at Marr Park is hosting their Halloween Hike on Oct. 16.

Brenda Bean reported their request for 10 dozen cookies. Members signed up to provide them. Brenda also asked for a volunteer to help her with the Book Fair at the Trunk or Treat being held by the Highland Elementary Support Organization at the Riverside Elementary School on Oct. 10. The hours are 4-6 p.m. Rocky Roberts volunteered to be there.

Members reviewed the committees for our Craft Show on Nov. 6, 2021 at the Highland Middle School. Setup: Brenda Bean, Rachel Carstensen, & Linda McNeil.

Karen Megchelsen distributed the Craft Show posters to Brenda Bean, Rocky Roberts and Linda McNeil to circulate them in the surrounding communities.

Next meeting will be held at the Ainsworth Community Church on Nov. 1 to package the decorated cookies for the Craft Show. Meeting time is 6:30 p.m. Refreshments served by Karen Megchelsen.
