Mr. Kleemeyer was born Jan. 25, 1945, in Quincy, Ill., the son of Melvin and Arvella Kleemeyer.

Mr. Kleemeyer was born Jan. 25, 1945, in Quincy, Ill., the son of Melvin and Arvella Kleemeyer.
Survivors include his wife, Debra of Fort Worth; two children, Jeff of Houston, Texas, and Kim of Florida; two sisters, Deana and Berdette, both of Florida; and one brother, Rodney of Brighton.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Catherine Craff.
