First District Commander Bob Kennedy reported on upcoming events both locally and statewide. Fundraising chair Lonny Milligan asked for volunteers to help deliver flowers for Valentine?s Day. The program was presented by John Mikelson, who represents an organization called Midwest Military Outreach based in Cedar Rapids. Their program evolves around assisting the returning veteran to readjust to civilian life.
