AMP to host quarterly lunch and learn May 26

Young professionals in Henry County are invited to join Access Mt. Pleasant (AMP) for the new, quarterly Lunch and Learn Series.

This quarter's topic will be "Successful Meetings" presented by Sue Prochazka of Southeastern Community College, on Thursday, May 26, from noon to 1 p.m., in the Access Energy Cooperative Meeting Room, located at 1800 West Washington St., in Mt. Pleasant.

During the program, participants will learn the key elements of successful facilitation and setting the tone for productive meetings.

Topics will include: assessing meeting effectiveness, examining roles and responsibilities and discussing ways to keep meetings on track.

Participants will examine strengths and weaknesses of their organization?s meeting structure and incorporate tools for making meetings more productive.
