The Washington FFA Chapter hosted an Animal Day at Stewart Elementary School on May 11. Jack Carter (son of John and Kim Carter), Jameson Spenner (son of Bob and Joanne Spenner), Makenzi Marek (daughter of Tim and Heather Marek), Emily Hora (daughter of Brian and Teresa Hora), Gabe Greiner (son of Shaun and Heather Greiner), Tucker Renoux (son of Shelly and Troy Renoux), Cole Dallmeyer (son of Kurt and Jan Dallmeyer) and Seth Townsend (son of Jamie Townsend and Erin Sorrel) brought animals to the school and taught the students how to take care of them. The kids learned about chickens, lambs, goats, rabbits, puppies, and kittens.
