The Arc of Jefferson and Nearby Counties has awarded its annual scholarships. The Arc's James Horan Scholarship was awarded to Kylie Davis of Pekin High School. The Arc's Susan Presley Scholarship was awarded to Tessa Seibert of Fairfield High School. The Arc thanks the scholarship committee of Mary Sue Hoagland and Sandy Stever.
