Area blood drives scheduled
Southeast Iowa Blood Center has announced three upcoming area blood drives.
Harper Brush Works will sponsor a blood drive from 1-5 p.m. Tuesday at the company?s Plan-O-Gram Room.
Eligible donors last gave blood before May 3.
A Van Buren County blood drive is scheduled 3-7:30 p.m. July 6 at the Keosauqua Senior Center in Keosauqua.

Southeast Iowa Blood Center has announced three upcoming area blood drives.
Harper Brush Works will sponsor a blood drive from 1-5 p.m. Tuesday at the company?s Plan-O-Gram Room.
Eligible donors last gave blood before May 3.
A Van Buren County blood drive is scheduled 3-7:30 p.m. July 6 at the Keosauqua Senior Center in Keosauqua.
Donors eligible for the Van Buren County drive last gave blood before May 11.
A Jefferson County blood drive will be from 3-7:30 p.m. July 6 at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds Activity Center.
Donors who last gave blood before May 11 are eligible.
To schedule optional appointments for the blood drives, call (800) 452-1097.
Walk-in donors are welcome for all three drives.
Donors must be at least 16 years old, in good health and weigh at least 110 pounds. Photo identification or blood donor card is required to donate; 16-year-old donors must present a signed parental consent form, available from blood center offices. Controlled high blood pressure and diabetics are acceptable.
In addition, the Southeast Iowa Blood Center has announced its mobile drew 26 units of blood during the financial institutions drive June 15 at First National Bank.
