Askews celebrating 50th wedding anniversary
Gary and Sharon Askew of Fairfield will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday.
Gary Askew and Sharon Giberson were married March 29, 1964. They recalled there was a severe blizzard on their wedding day.

Gary and Sharon Askew of Fairfield will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday.
Gary Askew and Sharon Giberson were married March 29, 1964. They recalled there was a severe blizzard on their wedding day.
The Askews have two children: son Curtis Askew and wife Stephany, who have one daughter and four sons, and live in Clarence; and one daughter, Carla Mahler and husband Evan, who have two sons, and live in Hampton.
A family celebration is planned in honor of the couple?s golden anniversary.
