At the Library

What a great week it has been at the library! Day after day, we have had painted pumpkins roll through our front doors. We now have the most amazing painted pumpkins sitting on the shelves and tables here at the library. Once again, our library friends have answered the call and have made our first Festival of Pumpkins a success.

We have so many creative people of all ages in our community. Our own library pages surprise us with their hidden talents. If you didn?t read last week?s library notes, find your paper and read Kyle Basten?s insightful article. On our Facebook page you can find an awesome Batman video produced by Megan Madison. Our other pages are equally as creative, and have all contributed to library projects that help promote reading and the library, including Batman?s cave in the young adult area.

Stop in at the library over the next couple of weeks to check out all of the wonderful creations and try to vote for your favorite one. I promise you it will be hard.
