Bake sale to benefit Relay for Life
A bake sale to raise money to help with the fundraising efforts of the Jefferson County Relay for Life to fight cancer is planned from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Parkview Care Center.
The bake sale organizers said a wide variety of all homemade goodies will be available: cookies, breads and cakes.
Crafts also will be available for sale.

A bake sale to raise money to help with the fundraising efforts of the Jefferson County Relay for Life to fight cancer is planned from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Parkview Care Center.
The bake sale organizers said a wide variety of all homemade goodies will be available: cookies, breads and cakes.

The Jefferson County Relay for Life will be from noon to midnight May 5 at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds.
Fundraising events will continue during the relay, with a kids? carnival, pie auction, a Relay Idol contest and other activities set up by individual relay teams.
